Ingredients
- 5 cups diced watermelon, divided
- 6 oz gin, divided
- 8 tbsp lime juice, divided
- 1-1/3 cups ginger ale, divided
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Directions
- Freeze 1 c watermelon for garnish.
- Purée the remaining 4 c watermelon then strain.
- Pour everything into the watermelon keg and stir. It’s that easy!
