Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon purée
- 1 cup chunked pineapple
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 6 cups ice
- 4 tbsp cream of coconut
- 10-12 cherries, pineapple chunks, and watermelon chunks (chilled) for inside the keg
Directions
- Make the purée by blending the sweetest parts of the watermelon (the center).
- Strain to remove the seeds.
- Add the other ingredients to the blender and mix to desired consistency.
- Fill the keg, add the fruit chunks and start drinking!
